Aleksander Sowa

Oncology and Hematology Portfolio Strategy Director, Roche Poland

Aleksander leads the Strategic Portfolio Development Team in oncology and hematology, providing strategic solutions for market access and PD. He has been holding his current position since 2015. He has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been working in Roche Poland since 2008, holding different positions in Oncology, Marketing and Medical Departments, including Medical Director Oncology and Hematology. Previously, he worked at Pierre Fabre Medicament, being responsible for clinical trial phases I-III and oncology and hematology marketing.

He graduated with PhD degree in molecular biology from the University of Manitoba in Canada. He is an author of scientific publications and the US patent for the use of a hemoglobin gene.
