Grzegorz Juszczyk
Director of National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene
Grzegorz Juszczyk has MD, Ph,D. Since 2003 he is the scientist at Public Health Department at Warsaw Medical University. He co-operated with Medicover and LUX MED Groups, where he was responsible for planning and implementing health-benefited activities at the workplace. In LUX MED Group he was the leader of Health Education Office. He represented the Polish employers at the Advisory Committee of European Commission about Health and Safety at the workplace.
In September 2017 he was appointed to the position of the Director of National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene whose mission is to create and support the health system in Poland. The Institute is implementing programs within the framework of the National Health Programme covering the following subjects: senior programs, prevention of HCV infection, nicotine-free programs, prevention of UV radiation.
Grzegorz Juszczyk is the author and co-author of several dozen original scientific papers. In his scientific output, he focuses on health assessment and prevention for people of working age.
