Jan Pachocki

Jan is a legal advisory expert for pharmaceutical sector, pharmacies and medical entities. His support  concentrates on handling cooperation with National Health Fund, implementation of IT solutions, including medical data processing. Jan advises in the field of healthcare systems, including financing of medical benefits, establishment and reorganization of medical entities, telehealth and other innovation-related issues.

Jan is one of the initiators and a coordinator of Telemedical Working Group Foundation, an organization, which associates key entities related to telehealth and e-health. He is also a member of a working group, within Availability Plus for Health Committee, which aims at establishing standards for medical centres.

Jan is an advisor to Ministry of Health and CSIOZ, especially in the field of healthcare regulations. In the past he had been involved in drawing up a proposal of the Chief Medical Council to Constitutional Tribunal (with reference to oncology package). He took part in preparing a complex regulation report, evaluating oncology package and queue package, which aimed at improvement of the proposed solution. He is actively involved in cooperation with Neuropositive Foundation, Healthcare Management Institute (IZWOZ) and the European Brain Council, which is working on building a Brain Plan.
