Experienced manager. Since 2004 associated with health services. His long-term hospital management has contributed to their development and the growth of their medical services.

He completed many courses and postgraduate studies in Poland and abroad, including MBA at Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw.

Since 2016 he has been working as the president of PZOZ in Ostroda (hospital in Ostroda).

He is the vice-president of the Polish Hospital Federation. He is also a laureate of many awards and distinctions, including the “Leader of Polish Medicine” in 2016, and the Manager – Pearls of Medicine in 2018.
