Michał Bakun

Vice President Software Development/Product Management, CompuGroup Medical Poland

From the beginning of his career, he was associated with the IT industry in healthcare. Specializes in strategic management, software engineering and complex IT operations. Has extensive experience in the implementation of projects for comprehensive computerization of health care units.

A graduate of the Finance Faculty (Master of Business Administration) at the Kozminski University, the Faculty of Mathematics at the Catholic University of Lublin and the Faculty of Computer Science at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.

Currently, he holds the position of Vice President Software Development/Product Management at CompuGroup Medical Poland. He is responsible for implementing IT strategies in the business unit and managing the development of the company’s products. In earlier years, he led a business analysis team, software development teams and worked as a programmer in the creation of one of the largest HIS class systems in Poland.
