A graduate of the Military University of Technology in the field of Information Systems and post-graduate studies in the field of Organization and Management at the same university. He also completed post-graduate studies in Accountancy and Enterprise Finance at the Kozminski University. Professionally associated with Pentacomp Systemy Informatyczne SA since 2002. He started his career as a programmer to become an IT project manager and then director of the area of health protection and IT security. At Pentacomp, he is responsible for the implementation of many complex projects for public administration, including key central e-Health projects implemented by the Ministry of Health and the Center of Health Information Systems. Focused on achieving the project’s goals through its effective and efficient implementation. An advocate of using the Agile approach in complex ventures. Involved in building Scrum teams by increasing their maturity and work efficiency.
