Tomasz Staszelis

Digitalisation Director at the Polpharma Group

Tomasz Staszelis is an expert in the field of Digitalisation and IT Management. He has gained his experience in managerial positions at large Polish and international companies, such as Coca-Cola, Elbrewery, Grupa Żywiec, Heineken, Walgreens Boots Alliance.

He is currently Digitalisation Director at the Polpharma Group. His areas of expertise include Digital transformation, DIgital strategy and Digital innovation. He has led numerous major business projects which consisted of integration of business and technology in the complex environment. He has worked for over 14 years abroad, when he gained extensive experience in managing a culturally diverse environment.

He has a degree in Telecommunications from the Gdańsk University of Technology and an MBA from Strathclyde University and the University of Gdańsk. He also completed an Executive MBA course at INSEAD.
