Marcin Zieliński

Manager of Department of ICT Systems Development, Center for Healthcare Information Systems (CSIOZ)

He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at the Lodz University of Technology.

He started his professional career as a designer and a constructor of control systems for rail vehicles. He gained experience as a telecommunications engineer in the field of telecommunications network construction, and then as an architect of telecommunications billing systems.

As the Manger of the Department of ICT Systems Development at the Centre for Healthcare Information Systems, he is responsible for the construction and development of IT systems in the area of eHealth. He is also responsible for a team of experts and programmers who develop ICT systems. Most recently, together with his team, he has undertaken the task of refactoring systems designed on the basis of old technologies.
