Implementation of e-Prescription can significantly simplify the introduction of new therapeutic and organizational solutions in pharmacy (e.g. new distribution models) and pharmacotherapy (e.g. care continuity and adherence). During this session the solutions of new pharmaceutical care will be presented and suggestions for their implementation in Poland will be formulated.
