Director of the Department of Analysis and Innovation, Central Office of the National Health Fund

Graduate of Warsaw University of Technology.  For 27 years engaged professionally in the organization of health protection.  In the 90s of the last century involved inter alia in project of financing health care by local and regional authorities.  In the period 1999-2003 he had been the Head of Analyses Department in the Health Insurance Supervisory Office.  In 2004 as an employee at the Ministry of Health, participated in the legislative work on the Act on healthcare benefits financed from public funds.   Since 2005, he has been working at the National Health Fund, where, inter alia, coordinated the work on drafting general contract conditions, the contracting of services and tender evaluation criteria.  He has also taken part in a project of homogeneous groups of patients  (DRG) and prepare the first lists of guaranteed benefits.  Since 2016 he is leading The Department of Analysis and Innovation in the Central Office of the National Health Fund, which is inter alia responsible for the preparation and conduction of a pilot programme for coordinated care in primary care.
