Kazimierz Cięciak graduated in Finance and Banking, specializing in Public Finance at the University of Economics in Krakow. Participant of the Cambridge University Leaders Program, he also completed postgraduate studies in Health Management.

He is associated with Comarch Healthcare since 2017. Deals with the area of ​​telemedicine, digital medical information and the possibilities of AI applications in medicine. Currently, as a Consulting Director, and previously he was a Business Solutions Consultant and Product Development Manager. Earlier, for 18 years he worked at the University Hospital in Krakow, where he dealt with, among other things, streamlining logistics processes and property supervision. He was a member of the Healthcare Non-Medical Staff Association.
