Lila Stavropoulou

Health communication expert

Being voted a Top50 global health technology influencer, Lila is a business consultant and a corporate communication scientist with almost 10-year experience in communicating digital transformation with startups, NGOs, patient organisation’s and SMEs in digital health and tech projects. She is an alumni of the 3rd European Health Parliament of the Health Workforce Planning Committee, a Young Gasteiner alumni and she is part of the social media ambassador program of HIMSS Europe, since 2016. She has collaborated with the Greek eHealth Forum, as a regional account manager for Turkey and the Middle East, developing new partnerships to increase collaboration on eHealth projects around the world.

On April 2020, she participated as a mentor to the EUvsVirus Hachathon. She is co-authored a paper titled “Evaluation of e-health innovations towards public health in Izmir, Turkey”, together with Onur Oral, University of Ege, Department of Sports and Health Sciences, Faculty of Sport Sciences, M.D., Ph.D. and Mr. Lefteris Emmanuel Heretakis MA RCA, Lecturer in Visual Communication Design, IE University, Madrid Spain (pending publication).

Ms Stavropoulou’s academic background is in Communication and Media. She holds a Master of Research in Corporate Communication and Strategy from the University of Lorraine, in France and a BA in Communication and Mass Media from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, and a number of certifications of postgraduate programs in pharmaceuticals, marketing and health literacy.
