MD graduated from the Bialystok Medical University Poland in 1997. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in business adaptation to changing environment leading to transformation for profitable growth, organization’s development, building corporate brands and high performance teams. His experience has included strategy acceleration programs, organization efficiency, change management, leadership development in global and international company transformation initiatives and projects. He has led diversified cross functional teams and the whole affiliates in leading international companies: Bristol-Myers Squibb (USA); Schering Plough (USA); Ferring (Switzerland), Amgen (USA).
He has also served as the President of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Pharmaceutical Chamber and Board Member of local EFPIA 2013-2016. Since many years as a Co-Chairman of Polish US Foundation Alliance for Innovation (AFI) using his international perspective and network, international project management experience he focuses on initiating, supporting and implementation of cross country projects bridging experts, centers committed to quality improvements in patients care and to healthcare innovation.
He served as Board Member of Healthcare Institute – Think Tank, Expert on Innovation -National Centre for Research & Development and Executive partner at Acceptance Ltd providing support to companies and their leaders through times of transition. US Guidepoint Consultant on CEE healthcare market.
AFI is a 2016 founded non-profit organization headquartered in Warsaw, Richmond Virginia, and Washington, DC with connections in Wisconsin, Florida and Nevada. Building on deep bilateral relations, AFI promotes cultural, educational, scientific, and commercial exchanges between Poland and the US. To that end, AFI is cultivating stakeholder networks linking NGOs, research institutions, universities, and private enterprises in the two countries. AFI is also establishing Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to exploit commercial opportunities in healthcare, information technology, and other industries.
