Tomasz has over 20 years of experience in strategic digital transformation initiatives nowadays enabled by artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, robotic automation and IoT. He advises public administration and large enterprises in achieving business goals through applying solutions using high technologies engaging business side and technology side.

As a key expert, he participated, among others in projects such as PHARE at the Ministry of Finance, merger of ICT infrastructure of Polbank EFG and Raiffeisen Bank, implementation of a new mass storage platform at PKO BP, digitization of recordings in the Chancellery of the Sejm and the Polish Radio Olsztyn, implementation of the main digital broadcasting system in Polish Radio. He has successfully introduced to the CEE region cloud based IT management solutions based on Machine Learning.

Recently Tomasz represented ICT industry side in several public consultations, among others Shared State IT Infrastructure (WIIP),  National Cybersecurity Platform (NPC), Plan of Integrated Computerization of the State (PZIP).

As a certified specialist and IT architect we actively participates in the exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of AI, Robotic Process Automation, cloud and cybersecurity in many industry forums, positively motivating the cooperation of various communities.

He lectured “International problems of new technologies development” at the Cracow University of Economics.
